i would like to know if the is a infra red plugin to look for real time forest fires in our county...

There is no such things as google earth plugins, and Google earth is not real-time.. you would have to make a network link or an overlay with an image-refresh-rate which shows the fires,

I'll see what I can come up with for you..

Explain to me why someone from Saudi Arabia would need real time infra red technology to track local "forest fires". I feel there might be a more sinister reason for this request.......
