i think if you lose a city it loses its nuke shield also...so new armies have to buy nuke shields too..i think this would help the game..

That is an amazingly brilliant idea that is also amazingly obvious. :dead: :spin: :lol:
Really, this whole buisiness with nukes has been mishandled for some time. It's good that they're harder to get now, but it's not nearly enough. They should require even higher player value (10,000,000+?) to obtain and then there should be some kind of development time. So that people have some kinda hint that something's amiss and can try a pre-emptive stroke, much like real life.
Also, maybe creating nukes should require the approval of all members of your alliance, as it would also in real life.
And finally, there should be some kinda loss in city value after a nuking...like big time. 50-60% loss in value, which would require thousands of geos and weeks or months to repair.
In the end, nuke shields just don't fit the realism goal we have in mind, and should be eliminated. Along with the ease of obtaining a nuke.
