I rendered the GIS for the great wall. Should I upload it, or will Hornblower say that the Great Wall has been posted?

I uploaded the model, however, I uploaded the KML first by mistake here, but the correct KMZ is here.
Hope you enjoy.

Not just Captain, but all us mods agree that you shouldn't post and upload. This is different however. ;)

Ok fine. Please delete that file. It is my intellectual property (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Intellectual_property) and goodbye.

It's pretty simple: if you post a placemark and there is already a placemark, it will be denied. If you submit an overlay and you submit almost the same overlay, it will be denied. If you submit a 3D-model and there is already a 3D-model in the database, it will be denied. You've submitted a 3D-model, just a placemark exists -> great chance of being approved.
I just would ask you if it's possible to fix your model. The parts I've zoomed in it is ~1,000yd to the northwest. But it wouldn't be a big deal or a reason to deny.

 You've asked to delete the file, I've denied it, you can delete it by your own. What is your problem?
