I think each army should have a base upkeep associated with it and then in addition, each soldier should have an upkeep. This way, it would be more cost effective to have a single 1,000,000 troop army than it would to have 1,000 individual 1,000 troop armies.

The army is already established you're just adding troops.

Great idea. The costs should include fuel (oil) and clothing (cotton).

How about better organization of Troops. This subject has kinda been broached but Created a systme to combine smaller armies into regimental or division strengths. Just a thought
