Hey for these guys that have 2 Billion man Armies, what happens after you are successful in blocking scripting for jewels etc., Does there army die if they are unable to maintain their upkeep cost??

Too many armies makes the upkuup cost 0 Geos!...
But I also wonder what would happen if you couldn't provide enough upkeep for your troops and you are determined to keep them meaning not crashing them into cities.

I just changed it so armies/troops cost a fixed amount, rather than fluxuating based on how many exisit in the world. This should help counter the massive armies a bit.
As of now, when you run out of money it simply goes negative for a while. I think I have it stop at about -50 or so. I need to have it start reducing army sizes, but I haven't done that yet.
