View Full Version : Why can't we raise an army in another city?

After we've held a newly captured city for a given length of time we should be able to raise an army there. Look at WWII. Hell, look at WWI.

I like the idea. Its a pain to raise an army at your homebase and then have it take 13 hours to get to a city that you own. I do agree on doubling the cost to purchase it. Call it the price paid of trying to recruit men (and women) in a foreign land to fight for you.

Anyway, yah I am all there for the troops costing extra geos in non-homebase locations.
