... which ship this was? I'm always going for the history behind those pictures. I tried to find out but had no luck. In some UK-Admirality paper the coordinates are announced as "chains and anchors" . http://www.admiraltyleisure.co.uk/prodservs/nms/files%5C5610SC5610_The_Firth_of_Clyde.pdf

I normally hate people dragging threads up from long, long ago, but in this case, I think it's justified.
The ship is known locally as the "Sugar Ship". It was carrying a cargo of sugar to Glasgow when it overturned.
