Looks like a cloud shadow to me... You can see another one at the west end of the runway.

It is actually a very high-jumping basketball player, he missed the rim and just decided to continue going up. The other shadow is from a parrot obviously, probably belonging to the basketball player.

On a more serious note, it is kinda odd to see a cloud shadow without seeing the cloud itself...

here is the cloud... 1.6km south the shadow... i'm pretty sure it is THE CLOUD

The shadow is gone, you can move it to outdated files. :)
