London - Paris bonus?

How about a London / Paris Channel Tunnel bonus. If a player owns both of these cities the amount they get from them in Geos would be doubled for the amount of time they own both?? This could work with other cities as well....

depending on the size of the cities and the number of them in a country it could pay a different bonus.
