The idea of the bank city has been agreed to as a bonus city, now what about bringing back the conversation of Las Vegas as a casino bonus town. It could work that a percentage of the troops created money spent goes toward the owner of Las Vegas.
Work with me here, there were previous thoughts about banks being exploited by alliances if they used a system where a percentage on top of a transfer would go to the owner of the bonus, therefore the alliance would constantly transfer money between each other to gain that bonus. Mickey hasn't confirmed anything, but I believe that issue has been addressed.
Similarly, I don't think that the buy troops bonus could be exploited because once the troops are bought, you can't sell them back and you have to pay upkeep on them. Robbing Peter to pay Paul. So if you buy 1000 troops a bonus of 1 geo gets paid to the owner of Las Vegas for example.
Thoughts?
The more bonus cities the better IMHO
