What's going on in Cardiff?

Not Much! is the obvious answer, but take a look.

The Bristol Channel? has a yellow/green cloud?? hanging over it, from Swansea to Cardiff. It's also completely outof focus. Strange how the coast still has a water line?

I don't know the area, but I don't think it's a local feature. Any ideas?

If you look around, you can sea the same phenomenon on the english southern coast, as well as the mouth of the themse and the rhine.
Just much less.
But take a look at the moth of the amazon, it looks alike.

I dont think its a cloud or something but would guess its algae blooming, although i'm not absolutely sure.
