Dark Sky

When I look at place from 180 degrees to the ground, the sky is no longer blue. It is just black with the stars. Dose anyone know why it isn't blue anymore? I could really use your help. Thanks!

that blue you see is GE recreating the atmosphere, you can actually turn it off totally in options - but unfortunately, all you will ever see is a starry nght sky :)

I cant understand why your thumbnail shows a black background unless you have turned off the atmos, or there is a glitch when seeing the atmosphere at a strange angle

Hi,
This is an easy one to fix, Fire up Google Earth, on the top bar click on tools, then options, then in the options box click View, find the rendering section & click Atmosphere.
Then Voila, you have your blue sky back ;) :givebeer: :clap:
