Looks like former Sowiet Base in Laage, just look at all the hidden hangars and shelters!. Now it is used as local airport.

It's the airbase in Laage near Rostock. It is used for both military and civil aviation. The German Airforce-Squadron on that airbase used the MiG-29 until August 2004, which where the first MiG-aircraft under NATO-command ever. Now there the new Eurofighter is tested and its pilots are being trained.
