Placemark Icons

How can I find in web new icons to add in my placemark's icons bibliotec?

When you make a new placemark (or right-click edit an old one) you'll see the icon in the top right corner of the edit window, simply click it and select a new one.. if you want to make a custom one simply select "custom" in the icons list and point it to the icon you want! :)
