Can Somebody Help Me?

Why can I insert any map in any place using Google Earth

Simply go to the "Add" menu, and select overlay :)

there are more details on how to make & allign an overlay in this thread (http://www.googleearthhacks.com/forums/showthread.php?t=4133).
