Any idea what these are?

They are farmland. The watering is done by HUGE pipes that radiate out from the center. Along each spoke there are wheels. Often a concrete ring will run around the perimeter for the wheels to turn easily.

Thanks for that answer Appletom...I spotted similar circles in South-Africa and wondered what they were...
As the resident circle expert, what's your view on these? I'd say it's a mangy dog :)
