I am logged on OK and I can Post New Thread -- but when I read a message in a Forum and want to reply there is no Reply button on the frame anywhere.

If I use Quote it brings up the Reply Editor and I can delete or modify the quote but is it meant to be like this?

In other places using similar Forum software I can Reply without all that and I thought that earlier on I could do it here?

you have a "Post Reply" button on the top and on the bottom of every thread. those buttons are images. it might be that you have problems loading them. try deleting your temporary internet files.

Well it's not that -- I've deleted the temp internet files including OFF LINE ones and Pop-ups and ad-blocking are off and I've tried the forced refresh CTRL + F5 that I mentioned in another thread that you are in and I still don't have the icons you mention.

I'll try rebooting!

Thanks but no thanks -- I need to stick with MSIE for other purposes
HAve to see what a sysop suggests. but thanks for the suggestions. Restarting GE without rebooting system did not fix it; nor did rebooting and restarting GE.

Yes -- see answer inside the quote <g>

I'm used to a different quote system and forgot that it was different here.
