Yes; you can even see cities if you zoom out and the roads are more clearly.

I strongly disagree with those who believe that it is all improved. I am aware that main roads that are motorways are now marked in blue, which is distinct and quite noticeable on top of the satellite imagery. However, main roads that aren't motorways are now marked in GREEN - which is completely ridiculous! How do they expect us to actually see those green roads on a green background (unless you're looking at a map over the Sahara, in which case there won't be a lot of main roads anyway)? This is especially bothering in Norway, since there aren't many motorways there. Why couldn't they just somehow have a color selector built-in to Google Earth?

Also another thing I noticed: A lot of smaller town- and placenames now don't show up at all. Improved? I think not!
