Last time I looked (a few years ago), that place didn't appear on a UK OS map..... Was a big green patch called "Aldermaston Common"....... 'Nuff said

Maybe it's been updated since that pic, but I know that place and the area pretty well............ I should do, I used to work there!

The small village to the north is Aldermaston itself, and the roads are a pig around there because of the amount of vehicles leaving the place every day.

dude hardly any trucks come outa that place i shud no i live on the only route the trucks take (want proof type in rg26 3jg to see my house its da one wid da brown looking car and a caravan) and wen trucks do they av police escorts and the trucks are armored and can only go 25 mph they shut the hole bloody road evey 8 - 15 mondayz to get 4 trucks though :spin:

Well I've lived nearby too, and been into Aldermaston AWE many times, and I've never known a problem with traffic, the place is very quiet.
