runway object

Can anyone tell me what this is?

Hazarding a guess, the object in question could well be a tripod with a warning light on, Because if you take a look approx 200m north, there are some Engineering works going on & I suspect that Runway 4 is shut.
There are also vehicles on the runway about 500m and at the other end.
