Telecom Tower in London. The restaurant is no longer open to the public and is used for hosting corporate events. I believe it's still capable of revolving but rarely does so these days.

I've eaten in all 3, and the only one I would go back to for the food is the Landmark.

Donauturm, Vienna, Austria. Two rotating restaurants...one at 160m and one at 170m.

And a revised "Tower of the Americas - San Antonio - Texas". The one above pointed to a different place in Greece that has already been mentioned.

This Hotel has a revolving restaurant on the roof.

Also according to Guinnes Book:
Largest Hotel Lobby
The lobby at the Hyatt Regency in San Francisco, California, USA is 107 m (350 ft) long, 49 m (160 ft) wide, and at 52 m (170 ft) is the height of a 17-storey building.

The tower was originally a revolving resturant and through the decline of the early eighties the tower stopped being used for retail purposes.

It is now the home of 96.7 Radio City.

Here is the Liver Building in Liverpool...

It was one of the first multifloor (early skyscrapers) ever built... Not tall by todays standards... but in its day... was an engineering marvel.

The clock faces are the largest clock faces in Britain... (yes.. even bigger than big ben !)
