How to fly a specific route?

I'm preparing a flight route over a island (La Palma, Canary Islands).
So i set placemarks on specific points i want the flight to follow.
Now this problems arose:

1. I want the placemarks to be invisible, but the tour can only be played when the placemarks are checked. And so they will be visible.

2. There's a pause between placemarks altought i set 0 seconds in Tools -> Options -> Tour Pause

3. With placemark 'p5' i wanted to fly over the caldera, but GE zooms back and choose another route. How can i achive that fly-over?

invisible placemarks:

set the icon on "none" and delete all the text, that's all...

i also tried once to create a route like this, but it doesn't work that good...
