Film studio needs a google earth programmer

Hello board. i'm working with a major film studio on the release of an upcoming movie & we're planning to use google earth as a way of revealing parts of the plot/location etc.

can anyone point me in the direction of a programmer with google earth knowledge who would be able & willing to help programme overlays, locations etc.

ideally someone located in london, UK
