Hey cool look what I found on the net apparently it's a floating car.
What do you think?

It looks to me like the car is placed on something like a scaffolding that holds it up. I measured it to be about 7'7" (2.35 meters).

Maybe a car up on some kind of scaffolding, but more likely just big advertising sign or billboard - just coincidence that ftom above it looks roughly like cars in the nearby lot.

Here's a truck on a pole overlooking the freeway in San Francisco as advertising for Bell Plumbing.

I'm not quite sure where it is, but there is a Ryder truck on a tripod ontop of the Ryder headquaters in Albany, New York.

Hiya All... New member here hope i'm doing this right.
Having scrutinised (spelling ?) flying car... I have concluded that it is in fact a black pick up parked next to a white car... Look at the car park to the right... there are at least another 2 examples where the cars appear to be flying even higher.

I've attached a pic to explain better....

Hope this helps.
Cheers all

its infact an information board, go to this site from another discussion board about it, some guy took pics of what was there at that exact point, go to this address and see for yourself: http://www.panorienttraders.com/misc/flyingcar/

The information board you refere to... is not where the cars are... it is actually on the path (as in the picture) below the cars....

All you needed to do was move your mouse to see it.

Oh No.... Looks like I was wrong and flying cars have been invented !

or maybee not... but now we know how the illusion works... can anybody find any more ?

regarding the second "flying car", it looks to me like the "shadow" is actually a gray/silver car driving NW because all other shadows point North. the white thing may be a car thats about to drive onto the road or anything else since the resolution is too low to say for sure.

Gawwd.. Your as pedantic as me ;)

I know the shadows are not in keeping with the others... I was demonsterating how the illusion works, as I described previously in the posts...

Just a sample to see if anyone else can find any... The other forums are still pondering over this 'flying car'...

Keep up with the good spoting fella !

just to follow up on my posting check out the attached .kmz, and you'll be able to see a parking lot with black and white cars parked together.

NOTE: Right above the placemark there is a white car and a black one parallel parked at almost exactly the same angle as the shadows from the trees. :whoa: You know what this means? probably that if this was the first "flying car" to be found, and if it was located in a more remote area, lots people would be confused too.

But, then again, that's just my opinion.

Actually, that's a U-Haul. Just five minutes from where I am. It looks pretty silly. I've made you a Placemark.
