Hi
Do you know where I can find out more information
about the farming circles in Kansas?
Is this technique used by corporate farms or small farmers?
Do they plow in circles to cut on on erosion or is there some other cost-effective reason for plowing this way?

Thanks

I found some farming circles in Saudi Arabia, so given the condition i expect them to be there to reduce land erosion.

I don't know about reducing erosion, as far as I know it's done this way because it's the most efficient way of watering in certain areas. There's more information here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Irrigation#Center_pivot_irrigation
