Can you offer any clues at all? Where did you find the image for example? It looks like it might be in the US, possibly a desert location but I don't recognise it and without any further clues it's impossible to say. Maybe someone will recognise it.

Does look like a memorial of some type, and it has shrubland round it but appart fro mthat i have no ideas.
