They look like bunkers of some kind. Anyone out there from High Wycombe or Berkshire who might have an answer?

Switch on the layer, then you can see that it is a rifle/hunting pratice range!

Specifically, click the "Google Earth Community" box in "Layers".
If you had done that with your other finds you would have seen you were not the first there.
Your serpent is one of many imperfections you will come across. Some attribute it to "fluff on the lens"...
