missing coordinates

I’ve been trying to get to the following coordinates in GE, where a military facility is supposed to be:

54’40”N / 48’80”E

Apparently, it’s impossible! (Try getting there yourself, you’ll find that the coordinates skip from 48.59E to 49.00E).
A matter of national security, I assume.

The coordinates are correct. Try 54.40N,48.80E !
