I have a new free application to play with GE. It is GE-Bars.

GE-Bars was developed to generate bars graph from kml files saved by Google Earth or from txt files.

The file generated by GE-Bars can be exported to Google Earth.
You can then use the bars graph to illustrate your presentations, papers, etc.

Take a look:

Comments, suggestions, bugs report will be welcome

Way to go Ricardo! You have great skills creating enhancements to GEarth. Between this application and your GE-Path (http://www.googleearthhacks.com/forums/showthread.php?t=5110) , you've made two wonderful and fun tools.

Nice work. How hard would it be to support polygons? I just finished making polygons of the USA for each state and would be interesting to see if instead of squares representing the data, could be the polygons.

State polygons here http://bbs.keyhole.com/ubb/showflat.php/Cat/0/Number/312795/

Was thinking about doing World Country Polygons next.

Thank you for your email. Your maps are wonderful. It seems that you had a lot of work.

<How hard would it be to support polygons?>

It would not be difficult. The current version reads the coordinates of each point and it generates a square around the point. For polygons the input file would inform all the coordinates and it would not be necessary the routine for calculate them. Maybe in the next version.
