haiti. does anybody know what this means? it's a weird shapped building to the right.

It's the Universite Adventiste d'Haiti (Adventist University of Haiti) campus.

Can't tell you what that building is, as I can't find any maps of the campus. But if I had to guess I'd say it's an assembally hall.
