I have lived around here for years and cant think that there could be anything here the government may wish to hide. Anyone know?

If you go to the end of the thread I posted an overlay showing the missing section. Doesn't look like there's anything worth censoring there, and if they wanted something kept quiet then blacking it out isn't the smartest way to do it, it just draws attention to it.

Have also lived around there all my life, and as far as I am aware, it's just part of Osterley Park....just a few horses really!
