Im not picking faults, but i think it was 40 million odd POUNDS, so however much that is in dollars ;)

No, 25 million pounds = 40 million dollars was originally reported but they won't know for sure until they've done a full audit. Looks like it's been revised upwards to 50 million pounds, could end up higher.

They are still counting the loss. The first was only a guess, 25 - 40 Mio GBP.

It'd be interesting if the crooks were to announce what they actually stole. I'd like to see how it compares to what the victims say they lost.

they are saying 90million (US Dollars) And they have repaid Bank of England. Nice of them!

I only live a couple of miles east from there (Maidstone) and happen to know someone who knows the guy that was behind the whole operation, either that or pure lies. Also there is a farm near where that guy was arrested that makes gr8 cider ;)

Funny how we never hear about this stuff in Michigan, I didn't even hear about this until you guys started talking about it.
