What is this building?

Ok, so it's more than one building, but it appears to be a single complex... located in Fontana, CA, just west of the California Speedway (found it while watching today's Nascar race).

Also, just east of the track, I found a flying saucer...

It's the West Valley detention centre, apparently.

I think the saucer might be a weather balloon. I'm sure I've seen some posted on here, I'll post the links if I find them.

Thanks, I guess I should have played around with the layers before posting... found that the community layer shows the name of it... interesting layout for a prison.
