Error in 'top submitters'

There seems to be an error in the 'top submitters' (http://www.googleearthhacks.com/topsubmitters.php) list. Some people are on the top with only very few files submitted.

It's fixed for now. I have a script that cleans those up, but something keeps making it go haywire. Time to figure out what's doing it...
