Looks to me like a dredge fitted with a helipad that has run aground.

The weird feature is a shipwreck, the maori to be precise.
The below link gives more details, basically a cargo ship which struck a rock. Flipping cold water :shock: but quite a site! :spin:

Its a shipcrane,they where about to used it to "save" a ship what nearly ran ashore,but at the end of the day the ship sailed of and the crane got stucked.
Well its now a sight seeing attrackson at the nudes beach (Sand Bay)
