There's something very odd going on there. Presumably an artifact of the imaging process.

They build these things about 20 miles from me.

Yes, the two images that were stitched together were taken at different angles. This happens quite a lot, it looks really weird when two building in a city that are right next to each other seem to be leaning on each other.
