US Government Boundary Overlays

I'm new to Google Earth and am looking for US Government jurisdictional boundary overlays; for instance American Indian nations / reservation boundaries in the US or US Border Patrol Sector boundaries or military bases / range boundaries.
Are these types of Google Earth boundary overlays accessible for download? Are they centralized in any place to examine / download?

Hello, and Welcome to GEH ;)
You should be able to determine this by the layers all ready installed on Google Earth, try the postal code or borders, that should give you all counties and such for the world ;)
