Hi Stefan.

It looks like a dam has been build at Mikhaylovgrad so a lake is made and roads have been flooded.

Many years ago I was in Italy by train and passed a lake at the town of Curon Venosta. In the lake was a town that was flooded, only the belltower is to be seen. Just take a look:

Actually 'Mihailovgrad' is the old name of Montana
