Why is there a red line marking a border between Morocco, Algeria, and Western Sahara in northwest Africa? Could this be a disputed border?

It's because the sovereignity has never been determined satisfacturely. Just like the border between Israel and the Westbank.
I found a link to it:

But strange that some of the borders aren't red.

Yes it is the territory of Western Saharra which is disputed as mentioned. It is officially it's own self-governed territory under certain ties with Morroco according to the UN last month, here (http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/a/aa/3_maps_morocco.PNG) is a map of the land from the different points of view. ;)

I found some what seem to be disputed borders in Asia near Afghanistan, India, Pakistan, and China. There is a orange line there too. What does the orange line mean?

...and orange seems to be a ceasefire line. Like on Golan Heights in Syria and the one in Kashmir (make sure borders are enabled...).
I wonder why they don't mark the line in Cyprus.
