This is YA-BOA, an Antonov AN-26B, from Ariana Afghan Airlines. The crash happend on 11 Sept 1995. The Antonov had apparently ran out of fuel and crashed while on final approach to runway 13. The wreckage was still present in 2001.

Crew: Fatalities: 0 / Occupants: 6
Passengers: Fatalities: 3 / Occupants: 40

At the other end of the runway lies a Yak-40 (the white one, with 1 wing left) from Ariana Afghan Airlines and an Antonov 32.
