Rating Files

When you rate files, do you rate based on just the thumbnail, or do you even look at the files themselves? And, I've noticed that multiple files of mine, after doing calculations, have been getting random 0.00s, and its really irritating.

I rarely use the rating system, but then again, I probably have the least amount of file downloads of anyone here, I don't use them often ;)

It's very irritating how people randomly rate my files a 0.00, dragging the rating of my files down.

That's true, maybe a hack isn't interesting for some. So if they aren't interesting for them they shouldn't rate them. Maybe the rating should be cancelled because some rate because they aren't interested in the issue of a hack.
