Well not quite. But it does look like one. One of New Yorks high rise appartment complexes. Across the street to the north is a parking area and to the left is a large shoppning complex with bank, grocery, pharmacy, fastfood joints, etc.

You know the fins on motorcycle engines, those are metal "fins" used to disperse heat from the engine block, the air passes over them, and cools the metal there. Through diffusion, that helps cool the engine ;)
