Image Overlay

How do I do an image overlay on GE. I wanted to have this radar map on it. But how does it stay updated? http://www.wftv.com/wxmap/1877642/detail.html

how do I do this and how does it update itself?

Create a new overlay. There is a field where the overlay is located. Go to the site and find out the URL to the picture:
http://images.ibsys.com/orlc/images/weather/auto/doppler_640x480.jpg
Enable refresh parameters and choose a refresh rate that makes sense, e.g. when the original image is been updated once a day, there is no need to refresh the overlay every second.

Not to mention that you have to allign it....
