Tools Measure Line Path

I frequently use the Tool - Measure capability on my Google Earth maps. However when I log off Google Earth and then return to Google Earth these lines or paths no longer appear.

Is there some way I can "save" these lines or paths so they will appear the next time I log on to Google Earth?

by now, u have to buy google earth plus to draw path.
