Does anyone have any idesa what the track layout in this area is for? I hope I have attached the kmz file !!

I am not sure. I found an overlay at this place. Zoom out to about 14000 ft. An overlay appears on the left edge. It disappears above and below that altitude.

And it didn't improve your language, young man ;) I'm only joking.. is it a U.S./ NATO training area? the overlay mentioned above shows a lot more buildings than appear on the normal display.
