It really looks like someone watching you. This park is located in Stuttgart, Germany. Itīs a part of the "New Castle" (http://www.stuttgart-tourist.de/DEU/freizeit/neuesschloss.htm) , build by Duke Carl Eugen von Wuerttemberg (1744 1793). The webpage is available in different languages.
