Although by looking at the list, I wonder who has compiled it, and I also wonder what kind of logic has been used.
I can obviously talk of Italy, where I see some gold medals that should be gold, and bronze medals that should be gold. Pompei and Ercolano is a clear example.

About the medals: I think no two opinions will be the same.

The site says that "The world has 100,000 travel attractions." Imagine a file with all attractions of the world in one KMZ file in Google Earth!
