Hi
I am going on a trip to Cuba in ½ years time, and I would love to be able to bring GE images of the areas we are planning to visit.

I have tried to use the cache in the following way:
I set it to 2 GB, and looked real close at a specific area. Then I restarted it with my internet connection cut, and got information that GE would only be able to show me information from the cache. Fair enough. This means however that I cannot zoom further in on any point than I did when I looked close while connected.

Does any of you know of a way to get the cache filled withe most detailed level of information in a specific area? Or do I have to "scan" over the whole landscape manually in 300 feet altitude?
Hope to find a tweek out of this one...
Niels

How to handle your problem is dependently on the free disk-space you have. There was a thread with a similarly topic. Maybe its the solution for your problem too?
