I found this .. pictures?? of a city in the shadows of this rock (like a skull)
No city methinks. Looks more like a very steep rock face. There are more city-like lines immediately to the south, and from there to the SWW.

The runway was used for the 2002 San Felix expedition to provide radio contact to this island and to document plants and animals living on the island.
