Is there an addon or any other way to draw in GE?

Hello,

I am wondering if there is any "addon" or other way to do a few simple line drawings that I could save in a .kmz file. I have the GPS locations for a trail, but I would like to add a few "branches" to it.

Maybe the path tool or the polygon tool in the plus version?

You can try using Google SketchUp. It's easy to use and can do almost anything.
